The 2012 Subaru Outback gets a mild equipment upgrade for the New Year while retaining its old price.
Mirroring the 2012 Model Year upgrade to the Liberty, satellite navigation, a reversing camera, USB connectivity, and a full-size alloy spare wheel are now standard across the range.
The upgrades add around $2500 extra value to the entry-level Outback 2.5i.
The range-topping Outback 3.6R Premium benefits from Subaru’s EyeSight driver-assist technology, which incorporates adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, pre-collision braking, and a number of other anticipatory safety systems.
